Job Description:
• Build AI Models: Design, train, and improve Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
• Work with LLMs: Use prompt engineering and fine-tuning to get the best and most accurate results from Large Language Models.
• Manage Data: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to feed into AI systems.
• Deploy & Monitor (MLOps): Set up cloud architectures, launch models into real-world use, and track their performance.
• Write Code: Build solid, production-ready software prototypes using standard practices and languages like Python, Java, or C.
• Automate Work: Find repetitive, manual tasks within the business and build AI tools to do them automatically.
• Ensure Safe AI: Make sure all AI systems are secure, transparent, ethical, and follow data privacy laws.
• Design Solution & Testing: Design architectures and conduct rigorous testing within the AI application area. What You Need to Know
• AI & ML: Strong practical understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI behavior.
• Coding Skills: Solid programming abilities (Python, Java, or C) and a good grasp of software development processes.
• Tech Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms, big data processing, and MLOps tools.
• Responsible AI: A strong habit of building secure systems that protect user privacy and allow for AI decisions to be easily explained.
